| Elegance meets dependability and sport performance in Automatic Watch #9110 from the Invicta Men's Pro Diver Collection. This timepiece features a black dial with a combination of dot, stick, and triangular indices, a convenient date display at three o'clock, and a trio of luminous hands, along with small stick indices marking each minute on an outer dial. Also showcasing a stainless steel unidirectional bezel with a black finish and bold indicators, including Arabic numerals at the 20, 30, 40, and 50 minute marks, this watch employs an antireflective mineral crystal to protect its face, and it utilizes Japanese automatic movement for extreme precision. It is held in place by a sleek, black rubber band with a buckle clasp, and it is water resistant to 660 feet for true dive functionality. |

don't expect a rolex

this is my second invicta automatic.
i got the almost-identical goldtone version, then got this for sports/outdoors stuff the other one was too 'nice' for.
comes as advertised, with signature leather yellow box. looks better on your wrist than in the ad. for around $100, plus a gift umbrella, it's an excellent deal. i'd recommend this as a gift or for personal use, and at this price you can buy two.
not as dressy as the stainless-steel versions due to rubber band, but still very sporty and masculine. the rubber band does have its advantages, though. it survived an outdoor music festival on the eel river and came back none the worse for wear. in fact, it still looked new even after several submergings, so i don't doubt you could dive with it. the luminous hands and bezel dot are a nice touch, but really need a lot of sunlight to charge for any significant length of time.
speaking of which, the timekeeping is very good for an automatic watch. it does tend to run a little fast but not by much. like all invicta automatics, it can be hacked, meaning you can reset the auto movement with a few turns of the crown. that's a big advantage over more expensive autos like the seiko, which can only be reset by shaking. that comes in handy if you don't want to wear it every day. otherwise, you might have to get a winder.
at this price, don't expect a rolex, but you do get rolex-type performance at a fraction of the cost. the old adage you get what you pay for isn't true in this case. with this one, you get more than you pay for. just don't tell anyone how little you paid, let them think it cost a bundle. |

I just got this watch today. Wow, it's very cool. Better than I expected. Beautiful dial, nice badging on the left side, cool see through backing, comfortable, easy to use. Now we'll just have to see how well it tells and keeps time. But otherwise, I'm very happy and impressed.
The automatic winding feature is much more quieter than my Seiko Kinetic watch, which is my daily watch. |
Great watch for the money

| This is my second Invicta and I have to say for the price it is outstanding. I know it's not a Rolex but it looks sharp, keep good time and it just the right size and weight for me. Since I just got it I can;t be sure about the long term reliability buy my other Invicta has been rock solid. |

| Great watch! I've had this watch for about 6 weeks now. I owned the same watch with a stainless steel band before, and it was stolen from my locker at the gym. It was a great watch, as well. I was waiting to see a good price on that model, and ran across this watch with the black rubber strap. This watch looks sharp, and it's lighter than the steel band, so I wear it even when I golf. It's very comfortable. As an mechanical movement, it's accuracy is off by a few minutes every couple weeks. This is normal. The self-winding feature is visible through the glass back panel, and keeps the watch wound nicely. The bezel rotates counter-clockwise only, and is a little difficult to turn. This is good for keeping your setting, but it can be a pain to adjust. I do not use this feature often, so it's staying put is good for me. Overall, the watch gets 5 stars from me. It's beautiful from every angle, and its quality is unmistakenble when you hold it. Highly recommended. |
